Letter from the Founder

Dear Parent,

As a veteran educator of 15 years, I’ve discovered that many families are struggling with supporting their learners in today’s academic climate. There’s a divide between how adults learned in school and how our children are learning today. The strategic shifts in K-12 education are to equip our learners with 21st Century Skills which will prepare them jobs that have yet to be created! There’s a method to this madness, and we are here to help families figure this out.

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 100% of the projected jobs from 2020 to 2030 are competitive science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) jobs! Research shows that students are disconnecting from STEAM content as early as fourth grade! Not to mention, the COVID pandemic that disrupted life as we know it has put all learners at an academic disadvantage. The desperate cry for help has been heard, and help is here.

I’ve established STEAM Dream Educational Services to help families formulate unique strategies to meet the unique needs of their learners. STEAM Dream Educational Services believes:

  • Every learner can find success inside and outside of the classroom with the right structures and supports in place.

  • Every learner today must be prepared for STEAM jobs in their near future.

  • Every learner can benefit from executive learning skills (i.e. organization, time management, efficient study methods, etc.) in addition to targeted content coaching.

Once families have been partnered with a STEAM Dream Educational Services Coach, we anticipate results. SDES Coaches are selected due to their unique combinations of education, experience, and personality. Additionally, we keep on top of the latest, most effective, and research-supported instructional methods. Lastly, we are coached just as much as we provide coaching. True teachers never stop learning.

Please contact us today to talk to one of our program managers about what we can do to help your child prepare for increased academic success today and in their future.

Sincerely,

Dr. Shaneka Bullins
